Sunidhi Pandey
An alumnus of Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Sunidhi Pandey co-founded Nyaysaarathi Legal LLP and serves as its Managing Partner. Her leadership synthesizes incisive legal scholarship with strategic courtroom execution before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and the Madhya Pradesh High Court at Jabalpur, ensuring client briefs are prosecuted with unyielding discipline and forensic precision.
Shaped as the daughter of an Indian Air Force Officer, Ms. Pandey imbibed early the cardinal values of duty, institutional integrity, and personal accountability. Under her guidance, the firm champions counsel-led advocacy across banking and regulatory law, complex civil litigation, and military jurisprudence, where procedural complexity is navigated with clarity, evidence is rigorously audited, and client interests are defended with unwavering resolve.
Gandharv Kumar Jha
An alumnus of the University of Delhi (DU), Advocate Gandharv Kumar Jha is a Co-Founder and Partner at Nyaysaarathi Legal LLP, spearheading litigation across the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the MP High Court, the P&H High Court, Delhi District Courts, and statutory appellate tribunals. Known for his tactical pre-trial drafting, incisive cross-examination acumen, and relentless advocacy, Mr. Jha handles complex litigation with seasoned composure.
Deeply rooted in India's military fabric, Mr. Jha is the proud son of an active defense personnel serving in the Assam Rifles — India's oldest and most decorated paramilitary force. This heritage endows him with an instinctual reverence for duty, perseverance against bureaucratic hurdles, and genuine fraternal empathy when representing active personnel, veterans, and common citizens in high-stakes legal battles.
