Smt. Sunidhi Pandey co-founded Nyaysaarathi Legal LLP and serves as its Managing Partner. She is an alumna of Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) and comes from an Indian Air Force family.

Her work includes matters before the Supreme Court of India and the Madhya Pradesh High Court at Jabalpur, as well as banking and regulatory law, civil litigation, appellate advocacy, and military jurisprudence.

Sh. Gandharv Kumar Jha is a Co-Founder and Partner at Nyaysaarathi Legal LLP and an alumnus of the University of Delhi. His family has a connection to the Assam Rifles.

His practice includes litigation before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Armed Forces Tribunal, and other courts and tribunals. He handles civil and contractual disputes, criminal defence, consumer matters, and constitutional writ petitions.

Sh. Rakesh Kumar Singh is an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He holds LL.M. and LL.B. degrees and is retired from the Indian Air Force.

His practice focuses on matters before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.

Sh. Vibudhendra Mishra is an experienced advocate enrolled with the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh, possessing more than 24 years of professional standing at the Bar. He holds B.A. LL.B. and LL.M. degrees.

His practice is principally centered before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur. He regularly represents clients in matters pertaining to civil litigation, criminal defense, electricity and utility laws, property disputes, and constitutional writ petitions.
