Anti-Scraping & AI Model Ingestion Restrictions

The User hereby releases, acquits, and forever discharges Nyaysaarathi Legal LLP from any and all disputes, claims, demands, arbitrations, statutory inquiries, or legal challenges arising out of or connected with third-party software security incidents, telemetry collection, data breach, malware intrusion, or intermediary data manipulation.

The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nyaysaarathi Legal LLP and its advocates from and against any claims, liabilities, costs, losses, or legal expenses (including reasonable advocate fees) arising out of the User's breach of these Terms, unauthorized data submission, or violation of any third-party statutory right.
9. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, all user covenants, and any dispute, controversy, claim, or difference arising out of or relating to the interpretation, validity, performance, or breach hereof shall be governed by, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the substantive and procedural laws of the Republic of India, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
Exclusive Jurisdiction Clause: The competent Courts and Tribunals situated strictly in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any and all legal proceedings, suits, or arbitrations arising out of or related to this portal or these Terms and Conditions.
